As a Provider, we will share your information with Clients to facilitate the hiring and execution of photographic services. In this case, HOLA FLASH is responsible for the data, and the Provider will be considered a processor only regarding the personal data of the Clients received to fulfill the service.

As a Client, we will share your information with Providers so that they can execute the contracted services. In this case, HOLA FLASH maintains the status of responsible party, and the Provider acts as a processor, obligated to use the data solely for the provision of such services.

In all cases, HOLA FLASH will require third parties to have sufficient administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal data, restricting its use and preventing it from being used for purposes other than those established.

Can you limit the use or disclosure of your data?

ARCO Rights, what are they and how do I exercise them?

They are your rights to:

Cancel: Request that we delete your information from our database when you believe it is not being used in accordance with the law.

Oppose: Oppose the use of your data for specific purposes.
