1. Download the app and create your free account.
2. Choose your location: select the city or place where you want the session.
3. Select the plan that best suits your needs (see plans below).
4. Book instantly and pay through the app. You'll receive your confirmation in minutes.
5. Meet your photographer at the chosen location and enjoy the experience.

What does the session include?

Your photographer will recommend amazing locations for your photos. Depending on your plan, you'll receive all the photos or videos taken during the contracted time.

Everything is delivered digitally via email, WeTransfer, AirDrop, or your preferred method, always maintaining the highest quality.

How are the photos and videos delivered?

Immediately after the session ends, your photographer will send your files instantly via email, WeTransfer, AirDrop, or any similar tool that preserves quality.

• Have a high-end smartphone with an excellent quality camera.
• Have completed our basic photography training.
• To be more reliable and capable than a random person who might take your picture on the street.

If the photos don't meet our standards or your expectations, you can request a review. We'll evaluate the case and may offer you a refund or a new session.

Can I get videos in addition to photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can use your session time for photos, videos, or both; it's up to you.

How can I become a HolaFlash photographer?

Accepted Answer

Go to the Become a Photographer section in the app, fill in your information, and complete the basic training. Once approved, you'll start receiving requests.

Where can I work as a HolaFlash photographer?

Accepted Answer

Anywhere other people are already taking photos. The best spots are usually: monuments, sculptures, fountains, archaeological sites, beaches…

You are free to work wherever you like — just respect the local rules.

Is there a cancellation policy?

• You can cancel free of charge if a photographer has not yet been assigned .
• If you cancel after one has accepted your request, a 50% fee applies.
