CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION (CSAE)
Hola Flash is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). For the purposes of this policy, CSAE refers to any act or content that sexually abuses, exploits, or endangers a minor, including grooming, sextortion, solicitation, trafficking, or any sexualized behavior involving minors. CSAM includes any visual depiction involving minors in sexually explicit activities.

1. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Users shall not:
Create, upload, share, send, store, or distribute content involving CSAM.
Utilize Hola Flash services for grooming, exploitative conduct, or any action that sexualizes or harms minors.
Facilitate contacts that may lead to the exploitation of minors.

2. REPORTING MECHANISMS
Users may report suspected CSAE/CSAM related conduct or content through the reporting tools within the application or by contacting our Security Team at support@holaflash.com. All reports are promptly reviewed. Any confirmed violation will result in the immediate removal of the infringing content and termination of the responsible account.

3. HANDLING AND ENFORCEMENT MEASURES
Upon becoming aware of CSAE or CSAM on our systems:

We remove the content immediately.

We block or suspend accounts involved in CSAE/CSAM.

We fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities and relevant child protection agencies, in accordance with applicable laws.

4. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Hola Flash complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety and protection of minors. Where required by law, Hola Flash will report confirmed cases of CSAM or CSAE to the appropriate authorities, including, where applicable, national centers for missing and exploited children or equivalent regional bodies.
